We offer a variety of Introductory Sampler Kits, so you can test our products. This is a great way to try our prestige formulas, and decide which shades you want to include in your line that represents you!
We do not test on animals and we are committed to producing high quality cosmetics.
MINIMUM ORDER FOR WHOLESALE PRICING
Our minimum order is $50. For customers residing in continental US states (excludes AK, HI, PR), we offer a flat rate ground ship fee of $10 if your order is between $50 to $150. When your online order is $150+, the flat rate ground ship fee is $3 only!
International customers:
- The minimum for International orders is $50 (countries other than US).
- If you are international customer and have questions, please call to speak with one of our friendly Customer Care Representatives at (+1-310-392-2091). Or, email your questions / order to cs@auralinebeauty.com.
- International shipping fees will be quoted based on items and quantity ordered.
LESS THAN MINIMUM ORDERS
For most products, wholesale pricing is based on 3+ units per color, per item. If you are sampling and only need 1 unit (instead of the 3 unit requirement), add $0.50 to each product. Call to speak to a Customer Care Representative at +1-310-392-2091 to process your order manually. All orders under the $50 minimum are subject to a $25 processing fee.
ORDER PROCESSING
Your web order will be processed and shipped within 72 hours (this refers to non private label orders). Back ordered items will not be charged. Please make note to reorder any back ordered items in the future.
Next-Day shipping (for non-private label orders) may be requested if your order and payment is submitted before 11am PST. A $75 surcharge applies to all Next-Day orders, in addition to shipping costs. If fulfillment is not possible ABPLC reserves the right to refuse Next-Day shipping service.
ORDER ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and let us know of shortages, defective or damaged items within 48 hours. For damaged items, please email cs@auralinebeauty.com with a picture of the damaged product, your company name, purchase order & invoice number. We are committed to providing quality products and exceptional service and will resolve your issue as soon as possible.

ABOUT CUSTOMS, DUTIES, & TAXES
When ordering from www.auralinebeauty.com, you (The ‘Customer’) are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. If any customs, duties, and taxes are charged to Auraline Beauty, we reserve the right to invoice Customer.
